• Drive the development and execution of the product strategy and roadmap for Options trading backend systems.
• Own core backend product components such as order management, risk engine, pricing models, and settlement systems.
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including Backend Engineers, Quant Developers, Trading System Architects, and DevOps.
• Lead the end-to-end product lifecycle from technical feasibility assessment to continuous optimization.
• Conduct deep analysis of system metrics, trading behavior, latency issues, and error logs.
• Stay informed on regulatory requirements and industry standards for backend systems compliance.

Requirements

• Solid understanding of Options trading products and derivatives.
• 4+ years of product management experience in fintech or trading platforms.
• Technical background or familiarity with Trading backend architecture.
• Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proficient in both English and Mandarin preferred.
