Binance is seeking a Marketing Manager for the CIS region to lead local marketing campaigns and community engagement, ensuring brand visibility and relevance.

Requirements

• 2+ years of marketing experience, preferably in Web3 or fintech.
• Track record in campaign management and community building.
• Native or advanced Russian proficiency.
• Strong analytical skills and accountability.
• Strong English communication skills.
• Knowledge of Azerbaijani, Armenian, Uzbek, Kazak, or Kyrgyz is a plus.
• Experience in Web3/crypto marketing is desirable.
