Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of marketing experience in Web3, fintech, or agency.
• Proven track record in Brand Partnerships or Growth Marketing.
• Ability to operate with accountability and ownership.
• Wide marketing network within the CIS region.
• Bilingual English/Russian required.
