Requirements

• 1+ years of proven customer-facing experience
• Fluent in English and German
• Willing to work weekends and irregular hours
• Strong IT skills and ability to handle technical queries
• Exceptional written communication skills
• Ability to multi-task and prioritize effectively
• Knowledge of cryptocurrency/blockchain is a plus
• Multi-lingual capability is a plus
