Overview

The Bank Reserve Pilot will manage daily operations related to banking reserves, ensuring compliance with company policies and central bank regulations while supporting financial operations.

• Manage daily SPB operations and core banking systems.
• Execute capital allocation and financial reconciliations.
• Identify and resolve issues related to SPB/SPI operations.
• Support updates and fixes on core banking systems.
• Ensure compliance with deadlines and obligations.
• Maintain relationships with partners and the central bank.
• Create and update treasury manuals and policies.
• Coordinate with tech, accounting, and finance teams.
• Approve messaging catalogs and prepare test scenarios.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in banking reserve pilot roles.
• Strong skills in treasury and banking operations.
• Experience in managing banking reserves for Pix operations.
• Extensive experience in financial products and banking relations.
• Experience in managing bank reserves for payments and other operations.
• Preferable experience with the Matera system.
