Technical Program Manager - Remote

Overview

We are seeking an experienced and highly organized Technical Program Manager (TPM) to lead and coordinate complex technical initiatives across engineering, product, and operations teams in a fully remote environment.

• Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of large-scale technical programs and initiatives
• Collaborate with engineering, product, and business teams to define program scope, objectives, and timelines
• Manage project roadmaps, milestones, risks, and dependencies across multiple teams
• Drive Agile and/or Scrum processes to ensure efficient and timely delivery
• Translate business requirements into technical execution plans
• Identify risks, issues, and bottlenecks, and implement mitigation strategies
• Track and report program performance metrics, KPIs, and progress updates
• Ensure alignment between technical teams and business stakeholders
• Facilitate cross-functional communication and decision-making
• Oversee documentation of program plans, processes, and outcomes

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or related field
• 5+ years of experience in technical program management, project management, or related role
• Strong understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC) and system architecture
• Experience managing complex, cross-functional technical programs
• Proficiency with project management tools (Jira, Confluence, Asana, or similar)
• Familiarity with Agile, Scrum, or Kanban methodologies
• Excellent organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills
• Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities
• Ability to work independently in a remote, distributed team environment
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States (valid U.S. work permit required)
