(Junior) Project Manager - Remote

Overview

The Bikeleasing Group has developed into a leading corporate group for employer benefits and mobility solutions. We are looking for you as a (Junior) Project Manager to be the central interface between Project Leads and management, ensuring a solid data basis for important decisions.

In Short

• You plan and coordinate projects, define goals, milestones, and timelines, and ensure the implementation of project strategies.
• You support the processes and standards in the Group Project Management Office and ensure compliance with project management methods and our OKR process.
• You create status reports, dashboards, and presentations for management and keep project documentation up to date.
• You communicate with internal and external stakeholders, assess risks, and coordinate escalation processes.
• You lead the project team functionally, motivate team members, and optimize resource use.

Requirements

• You have a completed degree in Business Administration, Economics, Computer Science, or a related discipline.
• You bring experience with project management methods such as PMI, PRINCE2, SAFe, or Scrum and have an affinity for project planning, control, and monitoring.
• You analyze project requirements and processes and develop strategies for process optimization and efficiency enhancement.
• You communicate confidently with various stakeholders and ideally have experience in moderating meetings and workshops.
• You have the ability to motivate and manage project teams and ideally have initial experience in leading or coordinating projects.
• You communicate fluently in German and English.
