In Short

• Manage the continuous improvement of our platform.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams for timely delivery of features.
• Report directly to the CTO and liaise with stakeholders.
• Define and prioritize the product roadmap.
• Break down high-level goals into user stories.
• Facilitate Agile ceremonies and drive continuous improvement.
• Track progress using Linear and communicate status.
• Analyze market trends and user feedback.
• Write clear documentation in English.

Requirements

• 2+ Years in Product Management of a software product.
• Proven experience in an Agile/Scrum environment.
• Hands-on with Linear, Jira, or equivalent tools.
• Excellent written and verbal English skills.
• Solid understanding of web architectures and APIs.
• Ability to work cross-functionally and influence.
