In Short

• Lead end-to-end product design efforts—from user research and ideation to prototyping, usability testing, and final design execution.
• Define overarching design principles and frameworks for consistency across applications.
• Partner with cross-functional leaders to shape product strategy and vision.
• Mentor other designers and uplift organizational design standards.
• Advocate for design as a strategic function that drives innovation.
• Shape design culture and facilitate inclusive collaboration.
• Transition from project management to setting vision across teams.
• Work on user experience design and unify brand experience.

Requirements

• 16+ years of relevant experience and a BA/BS degree.
• Demonstrated experience as a Senior UX designer with management experience.
• Proficiency in design tools: Figma, Axure, Pendo, etc.
• Experience in mobile and responsive design.
• Strong mentorship and team collaboration skills.
• Ability to conduct usability testing and user interviews.
• Proficient in UX writing and visual design.
• Experience in wireframing and prototyping.
