Overview

Big Cartel is looking for a Principal Product Designer to help us evolve our platform and imagine what the future of e-commerce is for makers, creators and small indie businesses.

In Short

Own the end-to-end design across web and mobile app products
Be a generalist who takes projects to the finish line
Work with Product Management, Engineering, and other departments
Maintain a high standard of product quality
Partner with other designers to contribute to design culture

Requirements

8+ years of design experience
Experience solving complex problems with simple design solutions
Ability to work within and expand on existing products
Strong attention to detail
Portfolio submission required
