Working Student: Workplace Technology Development - Remote

We support our customers in making buildings more climate-friendly, more comfortable and more affordable with connected real estate, simple products and high processing and service quality. We provide our customers with efficient, tailored processes and applications for operating IoT infrastructures in real estate, as well as our flexible Enterprise-IoT-Suite, in which we manage data from many millions of sensors into intelligent products and services.

In Short

• Provide first and second level support for various technologies.
• Employee lifecycle management (Onboarding/ Offboarding).
• Support, maintenance and setup of clients via MDM software.
• Asset management and maintenance of licenses.

Requirements

• You are a matriculated student, preferably studying IT or business informatics.
• Experience with different Operating Systems such as Windows, Linux and MacOS.
• Understanding of technical contexts.
• Familiarity with IAM technologies such as IdP, SSO, MFA, and RBAC (desired, but not required).
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills in English and German.
• A great culture fit for smooth communication with stakeholders.
