Working Student, App Product Development - Remote

Overview

As a Working Student in App Product Development, you will contribute to the growth and improvement of our mobile applications, gaining hands-on experience while working closely with Product Owners and developers.

In Short

• Monitor and analyze app reviews on the App Store and Play Store.
• Respond to customer comments to ensure high engagement and satisfaction.
• Gather and categorize complaints and bug reports for the development team.
• Manage bug complaints via Jira, writing clear tickets for developers.
• Support app translations and content updates using Lokalize.
• Assist Product Owners with additional product-related tasks if suitable.

Requirements

• Pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or a business-related field.
• Fluent in English and native in German.
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to derive insights.
• Excellent communication and writing skills.
• Attention to detail and interest in mobile apps and product development.
