POSITION SUMMARY:

We are looking for a fully remote Program Manager for the Concession and Empowerment program, which empowers Field employees to make changes to standard contract language. Ensuring smooth operations and continuous improvement for empowering the Field with contract flexibility. It requires a blend of project management, contract management, and process improvement skills. Flexibility to work PST hours is required. 

In Short

• Assess proposals for contract changes.
• Develop realistic timelines and manage deadlines effectively.
• Manage bi-weekly program reviews and communication with stakeholders.
• Monitor deliverables to meet standards and expectations.
• Support monthly approval processes for accepted proposals.
• Record progress on all work items, using shared tools (i.e. Planner).
• Manage expectations and maintaining alignment with business objectives.
• Write and Interpret Contracts for large volume licensing customers.
• Collaborate with the Contract Consultant on custom contract changes.
• Integrate the concession publishing process into existing governance frameworks.

Requirements

• 5-7 years of experience in contract management
• Bachelor's degree in business administration, law or a related field
• Project management and process improvement role experience nice to have
• In-depth understanding of contract structures and legal implications of modifications
• Experience reviewing and analyzing contracts for potential concessions
• Ability to collaborate effectively with legal and contracting teams
• Excellent project management skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
• Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and internal stakeholders.
• Proficiency in data analysis and reporting
• Knowledge of field empowerment processes and requirements.
