Overview

Join our Epoch team and help improve the lives of patients suffering from sleep apnea by providing excellent customer service and assistance as a Scheduler.

In Short

  • Handle high volumes of inbound/outbound calls for scheduling and customer service.
  • Schedule patient appointments for CPAP setups and sleep studies.
  • Provide first-class service experience with every patient interaction.
  • Verify order types and financial notes prior to scheduling.
  • Ensure accurate patient data entry and update information as needed.
  • Inform patients of financial responsibilities regarding services.
  • Participate in improving organizational performance processes.
  • Maintain confidentiality and HIPAA compliance of patient information.
  • Work in a team setting and occasionally perform onsite tasks.

Requirements

  • High School diploma or equivalent required.
  • 1 to 3 years of experience in a busy call center preferred.
  • Experience in healthcare or DME preferred.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, Teams, and EMR (Brightree) strongly desired.
  • Must reside near Lincoln, RI, Dartmouth, MA, or Leominster, MA.
