In Short

• Lead highly visible and critical initiatives that materially impact the trajectory of the company.
• Initiate, evaluate and prioritize ideas, gather requirements and create specifications for product changes.
• Analyze and quantify the impact and success of product changes.
• Collaborate with development and design teams to maximize efficiency.
• Partner with design team to create a delightful user experience.
• Perform UAT and functional QA to ensure quality launches.
• Work cross-functionally to convert insights into product improvements.
• Connect with external stakeholders to ensure product meets their needs.
• Participate in setting strategy and long-term direction for the organization.
• Own KPIs and be obsessed about them.

Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in a product role at a B2C company.
• Growth and experiments driven mindset.
• Deep understanding of unit/business economics.
• Super analytical with experience in using data for business outcomes.
• Experience in launching products in an agile environment.
• Great eye for UX and understanding of its metrics.
• Excellent organizational and leadership skills.
