Requirements

• 10+ years in product management, with minimum 3 years leading complex product initiatives.
• Bachelor’s degree in related field; Master’s preferred.
• Knowledge of leveraging AI for client experiences.
• Proven success in launching and scaling impactful D2C products.
• Strong planning skills and ability to align stakeholders.
• Expertise in A/B and multivariate testing.
• Skilled in mentoring and cross-functional leadership.
• Strong technical acumen and passion for tech trends.
• Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• Proven ability to influence without direct authority.
