In Short

• Own the end-to-end roadmap for pricing, eligibility, and decisioning products, from discovery through delivery.
• Translate evolving agency/investor requirements into clear product specs and logic models.
• Collaborate with engineering to build configurable pricing engines, rulesets, and decision APIs.
• Partner with internal stakeholders to ensure rules are accurate, auditable, and up to date.
• Lead structured product discovery: mapping user journeys, edge cases, and business logic.
• Utilize data analytics to track performance and assess the impact of changes.
• Be involved in strategic decision making, particularly in discovering and implementing new loan programs.
• Become a subject matter expert in pricing and eligibility.
• Proactively solve problems and improve user conversion.

Requirements

• 3–6 years of product management experience, ideally in a regulated domain like fintech.
• Experience writing clear PRDs, user stories, and logic specs.
• Worked on platform-level products such as pricing engines or internal tools.
• Familiar with mortgage or lending concepts is a plus.
• Understand technical concepts and work effectively with engineers.
• Comfortable with tools like Postman, Jira, Python, SQL, and Go.
• Managed multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
• Exceptional stakeholder management skills.
• Strong understanding of technology strategy development.
• Exceptional communication and collaboration skills.
