Overview

The Senior Manager of Publishing at Better Collective will oversee and elevate all publishing operations across Playmaker’s network, ensuring content is published accurately and consistently.

In Short

• Manage daily and weekly publishing operations across the content network.
• Lead a team of two Publishing Coordinators.
• Ensure consistent execution of titles, thumbnails, and posting schedules.
• Partner with Account Management for sponsorship integrations.
• Act as an expert in YouTube, social media, and audio platforms.
• Collaborate with Production for smooth content handoffs.
• Support QA processes and monitor performance metrics.
• Conduct experiments such as A/B testing for content optimization.
• Assist with special releases and live episodes as needed.
• Contribute to platform reports and optimization insights.

Requirements

• 3–4+ years of experience in content operations or digital media production.
• Familiarity with YouTube Studio and podcast hosting platforms.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to thrive in fast-paced environments.
• Experience collaborating across teams.
• Proactive mindset with a passion for content.
