In Short

• Coordinate onboarding activities and prepare HR documentation.
• Support offboarding processes and maintain employee records.
• Administer benefits and internal HR communications.
• Work with HR data for accuracy and completeness.
• Collaborate with internal teams on HR-related matters.
• Provide operational support to the HR team.
• 1-2 years of experience in HR roles required.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently.
• Upper-Intermediate English and fluency in Russian preferred.
• Experience with HRIS is an advantage.

Requirements

• At least 1–2 years of experience in HR Administrator/HR Specialist roles.
• Strong attention to detail and high level of accuracy.
• Confidence working with data, including employee records.
• Ability to work with minimal supervision and manage tasks effectively.
• Good time management and prioritization skills.
• Upper-Intermediate (B2) or higher level of English.
• Fluency in Russian language.
• Experience with HRIS is an advantage.
