Senior Product Manager, Laundry Warewash - Remote

Overview

This position is responsible for developing and driving the business plan for this category to include market analysis, sales channel development, service strategy and commercialization activities.

In Short

• Responsible for managing the Laundry/Warewash product categories.
• Accountable for growing and optimizing the category P&L.
• Conduct market analysis to identify growth opportunities.
• Collaborate with multiple departments for product development.
• Manage pricing, supply chain, and brand positioning.
• Lead new product/program ideation and development.
• Conduct training for sales and technical service teams.
• Analyze internal costs and competitive pricing.
• Travel to gain market insights and drive success.
• Ensure timely completion of projects related to the category.

Requirements

• BS degree required, Marketing preferred.
• 5-10 years of experience in industrial Laundry/Warewash category.
• Strong analytical and critical thinking skills.
• Prior category management experience preferred.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office suite.
• Ability to understand and adhere to NPD process.
• Strong presentation skills.
• Willingness to travel for training and growth opportunities.
