Senior Data Scientist - Remote

Overview

Bertoni Solutions is seeking a Senior Data Scientist based in LATAM with advanced English proficiency to join a fully remote project for one of our U.S.-based partner’s client.

In Short

• Lead the design and execution of advanced machine learning and causal inference models.
• Oversee the end-to-end process from problem definition to model implementation.
• Work with large-scale healthcare datasets to derive insights.
• Partner with teams to translate data insights into strategic recommendations.
• Communicate insights and methodologies to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Contribute to achieving client objectives in creative ways.
• Explore and integrate emerging technologies and methodologies.

Requirements

• 4 to 6 years of experience in data science.
• Master’s degree or equivalent experience in a related field; PhD preferred.
• Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, R, and SQL.
• Experience with causal inference techniques.
• Strong background in predictive modeling and optimization.
• Familiarity with healthcare and commercial biopharma data sources.
• Ability to bridge the gap between technical and business stakeholders.
• Experience deploying models in cloud environments is a plus.
• Advanced written and spoken English fluency.
