Head of Digital Organizing Hub - Remote

Overview

Our mission is to support unions in gaining more influence and assertiveness through the increase of new members. We develop participatory and member-focused concepts and assist in strategy development and implementation. Through our outreach app, we enable activating communication with potential new members to strengthen demands and positions. A key part of our strategy is the establishment of the Digital Organizing Hub – a communicative point of contact specifically designed to implement effective outreach in the digital space. We are looking for a committed leader with experience in managing call centers or similar facilities, who can convincingly lead and train campaigns in the digital realm.

In Short

• Lead the Digital Organizing Hub focused on digital and telephone outreach.
• Develop and implement effective strategies for digital member recruitment.
• Manage and train a team to achieve outstanding results in member recruitment.
• Coordinate and further develop the Organizing Hub for continuous improvements.
• Collaborate with partner organizations to ensure strategies meet their needs.

Requirements

• Proven experience in managing call centers or similar organizations.
• Responsible for team leadership and disciplinary oversight.
• Experience in monitoring quality and performance of the team.
• Strong communication skills and expertise in engaging 1:1 conversations.
• Good knowledge of unions and their challenges as well as their member base.
• Strong leadership skills to motivate teams and lead them to success.
• Excellent communication skills in both oral and written forms.
• Flexibility, willingness to travel, and teamwork in a dynamic work environment.
