In Short

• Conduct full audits of the onboarding process and all associated documents
• Review plan documents, corporate documents, and call notes from initial setup
• Verify plan status and conduct quality checks to ensure completeness
• Identify missing items and provide clear summaries for followup
• Review system data to ensure plan information is accurately recorded
• Organize client folders with all plan and corporate records
• Act as a proactive point of contact for new clients
• Assist clients with Retirement Plan Loans
• Communicate complex plan rules in clear, client-friendly language
• Participate in special projects as assigned

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED required
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously with high accuracy
• Excellent organizational and problem solving abilities
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook
• Ability to interact professionally with clients, partners, and internal teams
• Self-starter who works well independently and in a team environment
• Strong attention to detail is a must
• (Must live in CA, CO, FL, GA, IA, MD, MI, NC, NH, NJ, NY, OH, PA, SC, TX, or UT)
