• Review contracts for awarded projects and vendors.

• Track and report on contract negotiations status.
• Experience in A/E/C industry preferred.
• Paralegal certification is a plus.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Minimum 5 years’ experience in contract review.
• Strong analytical and critical thinking skills.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage confidential information.
• Experience with design-build contracts preferred.
