Lead Data Analyst - Remote

Overview

We are currently seeking a talented Lead Data Analyst to join us as we develop our data driven, analytic focused and predictive products to help revolutionize the law enforcement sector.

In Short

• Assist clients in understanding their data to identify the “best fit” data for benchmark products and data science needs.
• Analyze large file-based datasets using data transformation tools.
• Continuously optimize data processes to increase efficiency and quality.
• Validate received/extracted data for completeness.
• Develop and maintain documentation for data pipeline workflows and ETL processes.
• Identify data quality issues and work with teams to resolve them.
• Prepare presentations/reports based on analysis results.
• Periodic travel within the United States required.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in related field.
• 3+ years of analyst or ETL experience.
• Proficiency in SQL, Python, or other scripting language.
• Strong communication skills.
• Experience in client-facing roles.
• Knowledge of ETL processes and relational databases.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks/projects.
• Able to work independently with minimal guidance.
