Overview

The Travel Trade Assistant, Groups - North America is a support role working with the North American team of Client Directors in Groups Sales who manage accounts in all segments, through timely and accurate delivery of a series of administrative tasks.

In Short

• Support Client Directors in Groups Sales.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date Account and Contact data.
• Produce and analyze monthly and quarterly production reports.
• Assist in organizing and executing Customer events.
• Manage supplier invoices and track expenses.
• Provide sales teams with current product information.
• Assist in virtual Customer sales events and presentations.
• Serve as backup for Client Directors when traveling.
• Attend and contribute to regular sales meetings.
• Master Business Intelligence tools for market analysis.

Requirements

• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Experience with database management systems.
• Proficiency in Workday and Business Intelligence tools.
• Ability to analyze sales data and produce reports.
• Experience in event planning and coordination.
• Knowledge of sales processes and customer service.
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
