Overview

The Regulatory Affairs Specialist for EMEA RA Support will ensure regulatory compliance and support the Regulatory Affairs Support team by addressing customer needs, maintaining databases, and providing regulatory expertise.

In Short

  • Conduct EMEA RA Support activities effectively and compliantly.
  • Handle EMEA Customer & Tender Queries and importation requests.
  • Obtain Certificates of Free Sale (CFS) within EMEA.
  • Maintain RAST processes and procedures.
  • Collaborate with various teams including EMEA RA and commercial teams.
  • Provide support for regulatory audits.
  • Act as a key partner for internal customer-facing teams.
  • Provide regulatory expertise for BD projects.
  • Work effectively as part of a remote team.
  • Support the development of efficient documentation and communication systems.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience, preferably in a scientific field.
  • 2 years of regulatory affairs experience in regulated products.
  • Proficiency in English.
  • Ability to navigate a complex matrix organization.
  • Able to work effectively as part of a remote team.
