Iberia Product Manager - Remote

Overview

The Iberia Product Manager is responsible for driving the growth of BD products through strategic marketing, clinical management, and customer engagement in the Iberia region.

• Promote growth of BD products through specialized marketing materials and clinical sessions.
• Engage with key opinion leaders (KOLs) to enhance product solutions.
• Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to execute strategies.
• Drive portfolio strategies and manage product lifecycle.
• Provide training on products and applications to customer-facing teams.
• Conduct market and customer insights analysis.
• Support omnichannel marketing campaigns.
• Manage pricing guidance and tender support.
• Work in a hybrid role with 60% travel in Iberia.
• Fluency in Spanish and English is required.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in business or Marketing.
• Minimum of 3 years in product and/or marketing management in the MedTech industry.
• Strong technical marketing competence.
• Experience working in hospitals and ORs.
• Able to demonstrate effective territory and time management skills.
• Proficient in written and spoken Spanish and English.
