Requirements

• Experience in a leadership role or as a Senior Engineer.
• Strong full-stack skills with a focus on PHP (Laravel) and iOS (SwiftUI).
• Knowledge of cloud and DevOps practices, particularly AWS and Docker.
• Hands-on mentality with a startup mindset.
• Leadership skills to motivate and scale teams.
• Fluent in German and good English skills.
