Overview

Beacon AI is seeking an experienced, hands-on Engineering Manager, Applications to lead the iOS engineering team building Murdock (an AI-powered pilot assistant) and the frontend engineering team developing Lighthouse (data platform and flight management system), ensuring seamless collaboration and technical excellence across both teams.

Requirements

• 6-10+ years of technical experience in iOS and web development.
• 1+ years of experience managing engineering teams.
• Hands-on coding experience with Swift, SwiftUI, TypeScript, React.
• Proven ability to lead high-performing teams.
• Strong intuition for user-centered applications.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Experience in agile environments.
