Requirements

• Minimum 8 years in marketing/business roles within healthcare.
• At least 3 years in product or market management in medical devices or life sciences.
• Bachelor’s degree required; MBA preferred.
• Proven experience leading teams in complex environments.
• Strong strategic and analytical skills.
• Proficiency in digital marketing and omnichannel strategy.
• Change leadership with a growth mindset.
• Results-driven and capable of working independently.
• Fluency in English, Dutch, and/or French.
