Overview

The Trading Flow FX Linear Analyst I at BBVA will assist in pricing FX forwards and interest rate derivatives while providing excellent service to internal and external clients.

In Short

• Assist in pricing FX forwards and interest rate derivatives.
• Provide counterparty service to clients' requests.
• Manage FX e-pricing via e-Platforms.
• Monitor market conditions continuously.
• Collaborate with various teams to improve trading strategies.
• Perform dynamic hedging of market positions.
• Update trading parameters in internal systems.
• Verify compliance and control of orders.
• Report trading indicators to the STIR Desk Manager.
• Promote synergies in global pricing and hedging strategies.

Requirements

• Undergraduate degree in Mathematics, Engineering, or Computer Science.
• Programming experience with Python, R, VBA, and Java.
• Strong knowledge of Excel and MS Office.
• Fluent in English.
• Previous finance work experience preferred.
• Product knowledge of FX and Interest Rate derivatives.
• Experience with Bloomberg and trading platforms.
• Strong communication and leadership skills.
• Spanish language proficiency is a plus.
• Advanced degree or postgraduate work is preferred.
