Business Execution Analyst - GTB Distribution & Portfolio Solutions - Remote

Overview

This role is focused on providing business execution support for the GTB Distribution & Portfolio Solutions team, ensuring smooth transaction processing and maintaining strong client relationships.

In Short

• Act as primary contact for clients on post-trade operational matters.
• Support post-trade lifecycle of trade finance transactions.
• Maintain strong client relationships and provide excellent customer service.
• Liaise with offshore operations teams for transaction monitoring.
• Prepare management information system reports on deals and transactions.
• Manage compliance-related activities for transactions.
• Ensure necessary approvals from various departments for transactions.
• Participate in transaction structuring and client meetings as needed.
• Identify and mitigate operational risks associated with execution.
• Adapt and support various business execution functions as required.

Requirements

• Degree in Banking, Finance or equivalent.
• 5 to 7 years of experience in Trade Finance and related products.
• Proficient in MS Excel, including macros.
• Knowledge of Trade Finance booking and monitoring systems.
• Fluency in English; Spanish preferred.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities under pressure.
• Knowledge of Google Suite products and Docusign.
• GTB/Trade Finance training qualifications are valued.
