Overview

The ProSharp Sales Advisor is responsible for driving sales in the US Midwest region, promoting skate sharpening and profiling machines through demos and training.

• Drive territory results with retail partners.
• Lead on-ice demos and store training.
• Manage travel and expense budget.
• Provide service on commercial machines.
• Communicate with Bauer sales reps.
• Analyze market opportunities.
• Maintain relationships with store owners and staff.
• Track monthly results and identify growth opportunities.
• Activate at tournaments and team fittings.
• Assist with training of staff on skate ecosystem.

Requirements

• 3-4 years of experience in retail or commercial sales.
• Knowledge in hockey sharpening and profiling.
• Experience in managing sales results.
• Understanding of retail landscape and consumer behavior.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to adjust to changing priorities.
• 60-70% travel required.
