Patient Consultant - Remote

Overview

The Patient Consultant (PSL) role is a highly compensated, rewarding, flexible, but demanding role. In this role, you will convert prospective clients (i.e., leads) into patients of one of our non-surgical weight loss procedures over the phone, text, and email.

In Short

• Convert leads into patients for non-surgical weight loss procedures.
• Conduct ~35 initial consult calls per week.
• Achieve a conversion rate of 25% from consult calls to procedures.
• Collect deposits and address patient questions.
• Schedule procedures and ensure patient readiness.
• Work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
• Work independently while managing a book of active clients.
• Utilize CRM systems to track interactions with clients.
• Provide persuasive information to potential patients.
• Strive to exceed performance targets consistently.

Requirements

• 3-5+ years experience in a sales or client-facing role.
• Able to manage a high volume of client interactions.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Available to handle urgent calls during evenings and weekends.
• Ability to work autonomously and problem-solve independently.
