Overview

As a Microsoft SIEM & Sentinel Consultant, you will be part of a specialized team that supports clients in the implementation, optimization, and operation of modern security solutions.

In Short

• Consultation & Design: Analyze existing IT and security landscapes and develop tailored SIEM concepts based on Microsoft Sentinel.
• Implementation & Integration: Technical execution of concepts including sizing, high availability, and integration of various log sources.
• Use Case Development & SOC Support: Create and implement use cases for threat detection and support in Security Operations Center structures.
• Workflow Design & Automation: Design and implement efficient security processes through workflows and automated responses to threats.
• Security Monitoring & Incident Response: Assist in analyzing and responding to security incidents.
• Compliance & Audits: Implement regulatory requirements into technical measures and support audit preparations.
• Training & Enablement: Conduct training and knowledge transfer to internal teams.
• Operation & Support: Ongoing support of implemented solutions with continuous optimization.
• License & Cost Optimization: Advise on the optimal use of Microsoft 365 Security tools.

Requirements

• Completed technical education.
• Several years of practical experience in the operation of Windows Server.
• Responsibility and a structured, independent working style.
• Team player with strong communication skills.

For this position, we offer a minimum annual salary of EUR 52,000 gross and performance-based bonuses, with a willingness to significantly overpay depending on qualifications and relevant work experience.

Primary deployment area near your location (OÖ, Vienna, Salzburg, Tyrol, or Graz) - willingness to travel across Austria is required.
