PeopleSoft FSCM Developer - Remote

Overview

B&A is looking for a PeopleSoft Application Development Consultant to join a contract with a federal government client in support of an important mission. The PeopleSoft Technical Consultant will document and analyze integrations and reporting in USHMM’s PeopleSoft 9.2 environment.

In Short

• Document integrations with systems (e.g., CRM, Citibank, Treasury SPS, GTAS).
• Analyze nVision, PeopleSoft Query, and web reports, capturing data sources and logic.
• Assess bank reconciliation automation feasibility.
• Document integration-related batch processes and data flows.
• Identify integration/reporting pain points for root cause analysis.
• Deliver sprint-based documentation in iterative cycles with stakeholder reviews.
• Interview USHMM IT/finance staff to clarify integration and reporting needs.
• Contribute to future-state roadmap, focusing on integration and reporting modernization.

Requirements

• 6–7 years of PeopleSoft development experience in Integration Broker, nVision, and PeopleCode.
• Experience with integrations, federal interfaces, and reporting in PeopleSoft 9.2.
• Knowledge of federal reporting standards and dual FASAB/FASB systems.
• Strong technical writing and stakeholder communication skills.
