Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized Data Entry/Analysis Clerk to support our data management and analysis needs.

In Short

  • Accurately enter and update data into company databases and systems.
  • Verify data for accuracy and completeness, correcting errors when necessary.
  • Maintain data integrity by performing regular audits and quality checks.
  • Assist in the preparation of reports and data summaries for management.
  • Analyze data sets to identify trends, discrepancies, and opportunities for improvement.
  • Collaborate with various departments to gather and validate data.
  • Ensure the confidentiality and security of sensitive information.
  • Organize and maintain electronic and physical data files.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent; an associate's or bachelor's degree in a related field is preferred.
  • Proven experience in data entry, data analysis, or a related role.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel (formulas, pivot tables, data visualization).
  • Familiarity with database management systems and data analysis tools.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
