Overview

The Technology System Analyst serves as the primary contact for technology support, playing a key role in maintaining the security and operational continuity of the bank’s technology environment.

In Short

• Act as the initial point of contact for all technology support requests.
• Administer user accounts and security controls.
• Provide technical support to a hybrid workforce.

• Experience with Microsoft Intune for device management.

Requirements

• Experience with Microsoft Intune and Microsoft 365.
• Knowledge of SharePoint administration and workflow automation.
• Experience with ITSM platforms is a plus.
• Strong communication skills.
• BA/BS in MIS, Computer Science, or related field.
• 5–7 years of experience in systems analysis or administration.
• Preferred IT certifications in relevant technologies.
• Experience in the Financial Services or Banking industry is preferred.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Self-motivated and able to prioritize tasks effectively.
