Senior Mainframe Support Analyst - Remote

Overview

The Senior Mainframe Support Analyst will be responsible for application support for our mainframe retail lending systems, partnering with technology and business teams to ensure effective issue management and resolution.

• Provide end-to-end support of lending technology applications.

Requirements

• 5 – 8 years of experience in mainframe application support.
• Experience with CICS, DB2, VSAM, MQ, WebSphere, JCL, ESP.
• Familiarity with programming languages like COBOL and Easytrieve.
• Advanced knowledge of the financial industry related to retail lending.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to adjust priorities quickly.
• Highly motivated to learn and share knowledge.
• Demonstrated collaboration and team skills.
• Experience in a project management or technical support role.
