Bilingual Investment Specialist (English and Mandarin/Cantonese) - Remote

Overview

The Bilingual Investment Specialist will provide wealth and investment-related sales and service to BMO customers, advising them on investment strategies and products while working remotely.

In Short

• Work from home position requiring bilingual skills in English and Mandarin/Cantonese.
• Availability to work Monday to Friday, 8:00AM to 6:00PM EST.
• Understand and fulfill customer investment needs and provide quality service.
• Achieve sales targets focused on investment products.
• Maintain knowledge of investment markets and customer trends.
• Handle customer inquiries and escalate complex issues as needed.
• Adhere to regulatory and compliance requirements.
• Collaborate with internal business groups for referrals.
• Complete documentation post-customer interactions.
• Participate in ongoing training and professional development.

Requirements

• 2-3 years of relevant experience, preferably in investment or sales.
• Post-secondary degree or equivalent experience.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Desire to complete Canadian Securities Course (CSC) and other certifications.
• Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Knowledge of BMO Investment products is an asset.
• Ability to work collaboratively within a team.
• Good organizational skills.
• Understanding of risk management and compliance.
• Willingness to stay updated on industry trends.
