Overview

The 5th largest private bank in Brazil is seeking an Incident Commander to lead the response to critical incidents, ensuring a smooth financial experience for individuals and businesses.

In Short

• Lead the emergency response team as an incident commander.
• Conduct war room sessions for troubleshooting.
• Identify root causes during crises using monitoring tools.

Requirements

• Experience with message queues (RabbitMQ, Pub/Sub, Kafka).
• Familiarity with Spring Boot, Apache Camel, and Kubernetes.
• Experience with Cloud Platforms (preferably Google).
• Knowledge of ITIL.
• Experience with monitoring tools (Dynatrace, Grafana, etc.).
• Basic knowledge of mobile applications.
• Familiarity with networks, automation, and databases.
• Experience in system support dynamics.
• Experience in SRE disciplines.
• Basic knowledge of development (Python and Java).
• Basic knowledge of API integration (Apigee).
