• Rate: $10-15/hour, depending on experience
• Focus on financial modeling and deal execution

Requirements

• 2+ years’ experience in investment banking, private equity, corporate finance, or transaction advisory
• Hands-on experience with financial modeling, valuation, and deal underwriting
• Ability to model and understand single-asset real estate transactions
• Strong financial intuition and commercial common sense
• Comfortable in a fast-paced, high-expectation environment
• Full availability during CET working hours
