Architect (Draft and Design) - Remote

Overview

We are looking for a talented Architect to lead the design and drawing phases of projects in Tropical Brutalist and Mediterranean styles. You will take concepts through schematic design, working closely with our design lead and local construction partners. Your role will bring ideas to life through clear, detailed drawings and visualizations that guide construction and shape our projects.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture or related field.
• 3–5 years’ experience in architectural design.
• Proficient in AutoCAD and SketchUp.
• Experience with rendering software (Lumion, Enscape, V-Ray).
• Strong attention to detail and design aesthetics.
• Able to work independently.
• Fluent in English.
