Babylist is looking for a Staff Software Engineer, Android to join and lead on our mobile team, responsible for the core experiences of users through their new parent journey.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in Android development.
• Understanding of Android best practices.
• Experience with Android libraries like Android X/Jetpack.
• Familiarity with Kotlin Coroutines and Retrofit.
• Experience with Ruby on Rails is a plus.
• Ability to communicate technical concepts to non-technical team members.
• Experience in building and executing Android technical roadmaps.
• Strong ownership of projects from planning to deployment.
• Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
