Requirements

• Background in Corporate M&A, Private Equity, or Finance
• Familiarity with corporate and private equity deal structures
• Ability to assess compliance risk factors quickly
• No prior compliance experience required
• Strong client management skills
• Innovative and outside-the-box thinking
• Team management experience is a plus
