Associate Creative Director, Art/Designer (Freelance) - Remote

Overview

The Associate Creative Director, Art (ACD, Art) will be responsible for conception and design of integrated digital advertising campaigns, managing the creative process and ensuring all work is strategically and creatively on point.

In Short

• Develops creative, strategic ideas that solve specific client marketing challenges
• Supports leadership of creative design team and allocates personnel for creative assignments
• Works with Chief Creative Officer and brand teams to align art with client strategy
• Maintains budget and manages hours, working with Project Management on resource allocation
• Ensures on-brand design and accurate content
• Monitors quality of agency creative output and provides leadership
• Fosters positive relationships between creative and other agency areas
• Drives team to meet deadlines and stay within client budget
• Defines project strategy and translates it to creative concepts
• Leads and manages day-to-day client relationships and project deliverables

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in advertising, marketing, graphic arts or equivalent
• Minimum 7 years of creative/agency management experience
• Pharmaceutical and/or medical device experience required
• Strong customer service skills and commitment to quality
• Self-motivated, detail-oriented, with excellent communication skills
• Outstanding creative presentation skills
• Comfortable working under pressure with tight deadlines
• Advanced PC or Mac experience with Adobe Creative Suite and MS Office Suite, Figma
