Overview

We're looking for an experienced Associate Creative Director to join our team in Dallas, TX! This hybrid-remote position reports to the Executive Creative Director and focuses on Creative Concepting, UI, and UX Design.

In Short

Generate new creative ideas and concepts for projects.
Collaborate closely with the Dev Team and 3D Team.
Stay on top of the latest tools, tech, AI trends, software, etc.
Create a broad range of visual design elements.
Support and conduct UX research for better user understanding.
Uphold the vision of the interactive experience.
Communicate effectively during client calls and presentations.
Participate in new business development.
Balance priorities across several projects simultaneously.
Ensure Quality Control and Art Reviews.

Requirements

Experience in Creative Concepting and Direction.
Strong UI and UX design skills.
Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
Proficiency in design tools and software.
Strong communication and presentation skills.
Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
Knowledge of budget considerations in design.
