Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) FT - Remote

Overview

We are looking to add a salaried Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to our growing family of caregivers to provide training and supervision to our team and conduct behavioral assessments of clients.

In Short

• Provide direct behavioral services and assessments
• Conduct behavioral assessments and design treatment programs
• Supervise a team of RBTs and BCABAs
• Provide caregiver training and support
• Protect the well-being of clients
• Analyze crises and make sound judgments
• Respond ethically to behavioral situations
• Communicate effectively with clients and caregivers
• Work independently within established guidelines
• Passion for working with children with autism

Requirements

• Master’s degree in psychology, special education, or related field
• Certification as a BCBA
• Minimum two years of experience with special needs
• Completed 8-hour BACB supervisor training
