In Short

• Lead and develop a team of 3-5 project managers for customer implementations
• Run implementation projects as an individual contributor for complex deployments
• Partner with government agencies to map their processes onto our platform
• Coordinate cross-functional delivery teams including solution engineers
• Collaborate with Product Success Leads for co-delivery success
• Navigate tough conversations regarding scope and timelines
• Ensure customer success through UAT, training, and support
• Adapt delivery tactics based on customer needs
• Serve as accountability partner to executive leadership
• Report weekly on customer delivery health

Requirements

• Experience in project management, particularly with government agencies
• Strong leadership skills to manage a team effectively
• Ability to run complex implementation projects
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Experience in customer success management
• Adaptability to changing project requirements
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Experience in cross-functional team coordination
• Ability to work autonomously and make strategic decisions
• Familiarity with procurement and project management processes
